Arrive 7:20, allowing 10 minutes before the start to order breakfast.
Your membership includes a cooked breakfast and tea or coffee.
We all do a 60-180 second round table introduction that helps us crystalise and practise our elevator pitch. This cements what we do to other members to help with referrals.
If you want to make a 10-minute presentation on your business or bring a speaker of interest we take it in turns to do this, but this is purely optional, sometimes no presentation takes place.
The meetings usually finish around 9am after a casual networking chat.

We’re always looking for ways to meet new people so we are encouraged to bring visitors from non-competing industries who might like to join us.
